   The LZM12325WP-45° Glass Straight Edging Machine combines high-speed performance with precision edge finishing for flat glass processing.

Its conveying module features a roller-bearing support structure, ensuring smooth, stable glass transport—significantly increasing throughput while maintaining exceptional surface and edge quality.
  The machine is equipped with six independently adjustable grinding heads (#1 to #6), each capable of swiveling between 45° and 90°. This wide angular range allows precise execution of 45° chamfers, flat edge polishing (90°), and intermediate profiles—all within a single pass.
  Powered by an advanced Mitsubishi PLC-based control system, the LZM12325WP-45° supports both manual and fully automatic operation modes, enabling seamless integration into diverse production lines—from custom fabrication shops to high-volume glass processing facilities.
  An intuitive HMI provides real-time monitoring of critical parameters such as glass thickness, feed speed, and head angles, empowering operators to maintain precise control over the entire edging process for consistent, repeatable results.
