The LZMS2225 Glass Straight-Line Double Edging Machine is engineered for high-efficiency, high-precision grinding of both parallel straight edges on flat glass sheets in a single pass.
It features a track-driven conveyor system with variable-frequency motor control, ensuring smooth, stable, and vibration-free glass transport throughout the process.
The grinding head assembly is mounted on dual linear ball guide rails and driven by dual precision ball screws, delivering exceptional rigidity, positional accuracy, and consistent edge quality—even during extended high-volume production.
Operation is managed by a PLC-based control system, with all key parameters—such as speed, position, and grinding pressure—configured via an intuitive human-machine interface (HMI) for quick, one-time setup and minimal operator intervention.
Designed for reliability and throughput, the LZMS2225 is ideally suited for mass production of architectural glass, furniture panels, and other flat glass products requiring uniform, high-quality double-edge finishing.
