The LZM S4225 Glass Straight-Line Double Edging Production Line integrates one LZMS2242, one LZM2225 straight-line double edging machine, and an L-shaped transfer table into a compact and highly efficient processing system. The overall configuration width can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
Equipped with a PLC control system, the line enables operators to set all key processing parameters—such as edging dimensions and feed speed—via a user-friendly interface, with the entire operation completed in a single pass.
Featuring a space-saving design, stable performance, and high throughput, the LZM S4225 is ideally suited for high-volume edging of furniture and decorative glass. Moreover, it seamlessly integrates with downstream production lines for insulating glass (IGU), laminated glass, printed glass, and tempered glass, offering a flexible and scalable solution for modern glass fabrication facilities.
