  The LZYXM 1510E Glass Straight-Line Double Pencil Edging Production Line integrates two straight-line double-edging machines and one intermediate transfer table into a seamless, high-efficiency processing system.   Controlled by a PLC system, key processing parameters—including edging width and conveyor speed—are easily set and adjusted via an intuitive human-machine interface (HMI). High-precision dual linear guide rails combined with dual ball screw drives ensure exceptional dimensional accuracy and repeatability during edge finishing.
  Designed specifically for thin glass applications, the line efficiently processes glass thicknesses ranging from 2.8 mm to 8 mm.
